Service Schedule

CINHS provides a full range of primary health care services using a multi-disciplinary team; this team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, a physiotherapist, nurses, a social worker, an addictions counselor and an aboriginal support worker along with a Clinic Team Lead to the following individuals:

  • Individuals or families living in poverty
  • Aboriginal people
  • Youth at risk
  • Individuals living on or close to the street

Those who are eligible to become a new patient, based on the above criteria are encouraged to call the clinic to book an appointment. At this time, there is a waiting list, so clients will be scheduled based on their need for medical services.

Clients will be asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete required paperwork.

Same Day Appointments:

CINHS aims to provide same day appointments every day of the week, but they are not always available.

For current patients, please call us as early as possible to book your appointment for that day.  Appointments will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. There is limited space available for same day appointments.  As such, same day appointments fill up very quickly.  Please book your appointment as early as possible.

**Please note that no forms will be completed during same day appointments. A regular appointment must be booked.

**New patients are not accepted during same day appointments. You must follow the process detailed above to become a new patient.
